Alternatively, if you fancy hiking about the area then buy Trilhas do Ria by Pedro da Cunha e Menses which costs R$52 and describes the best walks in and around Rio. The Tourist Information Offices also offer an extensive range of free city maps. Many maps and guidebooks can be sources online. |
